Having grown my own highly successful VA agency over the last five years, and realising there was very little support in the VA industry for those of us running large businesses, I decided to create a community for others who wanted to scale their business in the same way. The group is for established career VAs who are already running a successful business and operating at 70% + capacity (at least), who are focused on growth and want to take their business to dizzy new heights.
