In Switzerland, high school students and apprentices interested in science and research are struggling to find collaborators or the knowledge/ infrastructure they need. Additionally, there are too few incentives and the existing competitions/organizations are still unknown. A wind of change is necessary! We have to support and guide young students' motivation, ambitions and competitiveness to solve our biggest problems of the future.
