Visionwest Community Trust provides wraparound support services throughout Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and Waitaha Canterbury; and home healthcare in North Auckland, West Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Rotorua/Taupō. Services include, housing, home healthcare, food support, financial mentoring (budgeting), counselling, early childhood care and learning, and youth development and training.
Each support service is linked to the others to provide a holistic wraparound support service to individuals and whānau who are in a place in their lives where they need the support of others.
Since our establishment almost 40 years ago, Visionwest has focused on our vision of Transforming Lives to create Healthy Communities – He Oranga Tangata, He Oranga Hapori. In other words, we journey alongside individuals and families and are active in the transformation work that enriches their lives; work which ultimately leads to healthier and more connected communities.
