Our staff can help you to make your event a success. In addition to the main event space, we have an outdoor lighted courtyard with a covered pavilion, outdoor games, patio furniture, and a movie wall with a projector and speakers. We offer various amenities, including tables and chairs, a full kitchen, and audiovisual equipment. We supply visitors with contact information for local vendors, including caterers, musicians, photographers, videographers, transportation, decorators, and more.
We work with our tourism partners (attractions, hotels, restaurants, and cultural venues) to help visitors make the most of their visit. Our services, all free of charge, include Providing visitor information to meet the visitor's needs – brochures, maps, etc. -- Negotiating hotel room blocks and venue contracts -- Conducting site visits and suggesting venues to suit the needs of the visitor or event planner -- Creating itineraries for tour groups, and event attendees to incorporate their areas of interest -Providing goody bags for meetings, sports tournament, etc. for out-of-town guests.
