We transform the smartphone into a visual menu system. This makes the phone a frictionless point for user interactions with all features of customer service platforms. Interactive voice response systems (IVRs) are terrible. Consumers are frustrated and customer service is poor. Yet, people like to speak with people. We solve the problem by eliminating IVRs. We digitize IVRs using a patented phone-system search engine that applies natural language processing and machine learning. We offer a global cloud-based service API which allows any consumer to reach any company agent from any app, including FB Messenger, Skype, Slack, Telegram, and progressive web. Our service also eliminates waiting-on-hold. Consumers click the service you need. We call back when an agent is ready.
