Vital offers strength training, group training, personal training, high intensity interval training, energy system development, kickboxing, and MMA coaching all under one roof. Our mission is to train the mind, body, and soul for whatever life has for us. We value continuous education and are constantly in the books studying what it looks like to develop the body in an efficient, safe, and effective manner. We continually challenge ourselves to tap into the mental toughness it takes to thrive in today’s world. We do real work to look inward to find out who we really are and what gets in our way so we can show up the healthiest version of ourselves for you. All of our coaches go through an extensive internship both to learn the science of coaching here at Vital but, also, more importantly, the art of how Vital coaches are required to show up for our clientele. Alongside our mission, it is our passion that whoever walks through these doors feels empowered, encouraged, and ultimately filled with the fuel it will take to take you wherever it is you want to go.
