We are into 2 different core business:
1) High Performance Tubings and Housings
Vitech is an expert in towpreg filament winding and prepreg wrapping processes for the production of small diameter composite tubes. Our machinery has been designed and built in-house in order to get the best manufacturing capacities. We are equipped with 1 press, 5 filament winding machines up to 5 m in length, 4 wrapping tables, 5 ovens, 1 machining shop, 1 paint shop and 1 centerless machine to calibrate the outer diameter in tolerances of a few 1/100 mm,
Our main customers are involved in aeronautics, medical, sporting goods, pressure vessels, etc;
2) Epoxy pregging
Vitech is a very competitive supplier of epoxy prepregs with a range of
- prepreg fabrics from 45gsm to 350gsm in max width of 1m (carbon fabrics, glass or any fabric reinforcement)
- UD tapes from 35gsm to 350gsm: PITCH or PAN based carbon, glass, flax... up to 600mm wide.
- Towpregs from carbon 3K to an assembly of multiple tow-preg. Our brand new machine enables us to impregnate any roving with accuracy at high speed.
- Vitow (®): It is a calibrated tow-preg, supported on plastic film to be used on automated fiber placement machines (AFP). Unlike slit tape, Vitow offers a mesh free of cut filaments. Calibration is based on most used width such 1/4'', 1/2'', 1'', to fit with placement heads.
Vitech pregging business unit serves prestigious customers in the field helicopter and plane blades, yacht rigging and masts, sporting goods, etc.
