Established in 1932, VITEX S.A is the largest Greek owned company of architectural paints. The company has strong presence in South East Europe and affiliates in Serbia & Bulgaria. We provide high added value products to our customers with a consumer oriented approach that promotes sustainability, innovation, public health and environmental safety. We set trends in the markets we operate and have a strong belief that paint is not only a “sustainability catalyst” but also the finishing touch that will alter the space where we live, work, relax and enjoy our life.
During the past decade a substantial investment in modernizing the production included the establishment of a state-of-the-art production plant, the largest paint factory in Greece and one of the most advanced in Europe.
The Vitex brand is very well known in the professional and DIY markets. Our products are currently available in over 20 countries worldwide.
VITEX S.A. is a family owned and managed, completely independent company with its own brands and know-how. Our sales exceed €40 million and we employ over 215 persons in sales, production, exports, marketing, quality control, product safety and R&D.
The group consists today of four vertical business units, VITEX in architectural paints production and sales, HERMES in waterproofing materials/chemicals, VITEXTHERM in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) and EUMARIA in yacht paints. The company has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the period 2020-2021.
