Vitreus GmbH

Vitreus GmbH is a privately owned company - established in 2014. We supply environmentally friendly engobes, glazes and granulates for the heavy-clay ceramics industry worldwide. Providing raw materials and colour pigments is part of our core competence as well. Development being our passion, we develop a wide range of customised, individual colour coatings to clay roof tiles and clay facing bricks. From product development right up to the finished product, Vitreus GmbH is today one of the leading suppliers of engobes, glazes and granulates in Europe. With engineers based in Germany, Poland and France technical on-site services, e.g. optimisation of all relevant production parameters, process support, product development and production ramp-up are a proud part of our portfolio. Vitreus' head office and production are located in Seevetal, South of Hamburg.
