Our role is to lead the project management of the following: - Creation of customer-centric digital insights through data mining and research - Curation of digital opportunities from internal and external shareholders - Recommendation of the comprehensive Viva asset inventory for digitization and monetization Viva One has three verticals (web-based, app-based, special interest) wherein the scope across all includes platform design and management, monetization through advertising or subscription, and content analysis and recommendation.
