We offer physio for sporting injuries, spinal injuries, pregnancy conditions, dry needling and other general muscle and joint problems. Our dedicated Pilates studio runs over 30 classes per week including Clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, pregnancy (pre- and post-natal) Pilates and our new and exciting class, Power Pilates!
Our physios regularly write blogs with lots of useful tips on injury prevention and treatment. We have a number of titles including "Pregnancy and Exercise" right through to "Preparing for the AFL pre-season". We also tweet lots of useful information.
