Vivagran grants 📝licenses to third parties (licensees) to acquire 🚜 production and 💰commercialization rights over the protected varieties. Vivagran also contracts 🌱 seed and grain production to supply markets where no licensees are active. Production and commercialization are managed under a "closed-loop" system. Prices are defined by Vivagran and its licensees. The control over the protected varieties allows to maintain the 🎯price positioning over time. All actors of the value-chain 💪benefit from it. The proprietary germplasm allows to concede 💥exclusive production and commercialization rights to partners.
