Vivant Capital is a private equity, asset management and development firm focused on the hospitality sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. Vivant Capital identifies investments in attractive tourism destinations with a strong foundation and expanding visitor economy, deploying a strategic focus on opportunistic and value-add deals, including distressed assets. We seek to leverage creative and tax-efficient deal structuring which benefit from tourism and historic tax credits and other tax incentives, and the structuring of Opportunity Zone Funds in Puerto Rico. We engage in destinations where there are advantageous market dynamics such as a supply and demand imbalance where new hotel room inventory will be easily absorbed with strong and stable financial indicators. We invest alongside our LP investors in hospitality sectors which we believe are most resilient throughout economic cycles and are poised for continuous growth.
