Vivendi Architects is a small and thriving practice based in north London. We excel in offering our clients outstanding service and imaginative architectural design. Our two founding directors, George and Peter, formed Vivendi in 2002, following their collaboration at Gensler. Since then, the practice has continued to grow in strength and reputation in the residential and commercial arena with an ever-increasing portfolio of clients. We offer both full and partial services based on RIBA work stages 0-7. We work closely with local authorities and have become knowledgeable on local and national planning policies and building regulations. We place paramount importance on our responsibility to the environment, ensuring the materials we use are not only cost effective to the client but are ecologically sustainable. We maintain a small team that shares our passion for design and continuous learning. This structure allows us to form good and lasting relationships with our clients and other professionals in the industry. The usual methodology for running a project incorporates a director being assisted by an Architect and assistants joined by a technician during the latter RIBA Stages to ensure that we operate efficiently and maintain consistency. The open-plan office is a beneficial arrangement for the whole team, where we get to share ideas and build on each other’s knowledge collectively. We hold regular team meetings to check on progress of projects and share new ideas which contribute to our collective continuous learning.
