1-1 and group coaching. I work with individuals and groups who want to get more from their lives; helping them find their inner strengths and improving their self-confidence. We will work together to identify the areas that will have the biggest impact on their personal or professional lives before agreeing goals and actions. I will then be their greatest cheerleader as they develop new habits and work towards their goals. I have 30 years leadership and change experience and am a qualified coach. I have completed basic counselling training so I can appreciate that everyone has their own history. However, I am a forward looking coach - making sure my clients are ready to grab their lives with both hands.
