Vivir Consultancy was set up with the vision to create inclusive systems along value chains in the environmental sector. We consult, design, plan and execute in coordination and collaboration with our clients and provide solutions, which are individual to their nature. The clients’ strength takes us forward in bridging the gaps to create equitable structures The genesis of Vivir Consultancy comes from an understanding that collaboration breeds an ecosystem for disruptive innovation. As such, ours was a conscious attempt of bringing together decades of experience across domains like Management, Urban Planning, Engineering, Communications and Environmental Sciences. Each of the founding members brings in-depth experience from their own academic and professional skillsets to address waste, water and sanitation issues.
