The Association is a combination of companies - residents of the virtual zone of Georgia, interested in suppressing illegal inspections and tax charges by the tax service of Georgia and transparent regulation of IT business in the country.
Since 2021, it have been made sudden unreasonable changes in the approach of the tax service to the taxation of persons of the virtual zone. Several dozen companies were subject to audits and additional tax assessments.
These inspections are massive, essentially the same type and aimed at violating the rights of foreign investors.
