Vizual was formed in 2001. We provide a world class workforce management software solution for "time and attendance" which can include "job costing" and links into "Payroll". Business Leaders love our software because of the power of the data we record that helps them understand staff behaviours. A true test of our ability to satisfy our customers is the fact those who purchased from Vizual are still using our software 10-15 years later. Our software is updated and enhanced regularly, and customers have the option to upgrade. Version 5 is currently in development, providing even more features and available this year. Our philosophy is simple "to deliver exceptional quality, without compromise". Other software systems are on the market at differing levels of price from “cheap and cheerful” to highly sophisticated. We position ourselves at the mid-point and find our products are aimed towards businesses with 30 to 300 staff, all of whom wish to manage their work forces better. Although this size range of customer is typical for us, we do have customers with much larger work forces, who are equally satisfied. Our customers come from many different industry sectors, with various types of employment types, from salaried to hourly paid. Our workforce management solutions cope extremely well with all types, including the varying shift workers and flexi-time staff. By accessing Capture-it customers can then add to it other solutions such as our fantastic job costing module, and other services such as a payroll link, fire roll call, and even an access control solution.
