We're VLAN. We're six years old (not literally—you can't employ six-year-olds, trust us, we tried). We got sick of how IT companies operate. The industry was obsessed with being 'professional' while delivering terrible service. Before us, IT was basically a bunch of blokes in suits, putting people to sleep with monotone voices and telling them to "turn it off and on again." We wanted to build something different—a company that talks like real people and actually delivers on its promises. VLAN is a family business. The name stands for Vic, Laura, Alesha, and Niah—our founder’s family. Oh, and it also stands for Virtual Local Area Network. Totally intentional... maybe. IT should just work. That’s what we make happen. Your systems, storage, tools, and programs—all running smoothly, so you can focus on what actually matters: your business.
