Venture Management and Technical Solutions has been formed to provide tailored quality services in the broad fields of Due Diligence Surveys, Project Management, Design and Contract Management to our clients. We deliver projects in Europe and emerging markets with quality, environmental, health and safety standards of International corporates. We place a high importance on proactive Environmental Health and Safety and Quality management within all stages of project delivery, running from design concepts to commissioning and life cycle completion. Our EHS and QMS delivery certainly meets equals and usually exceeds all corporate client expectations. All directors are directly involved in all projects to guide our qualified architects, engineers and legal teams. All our directors and personnel have extensive experience in their operational fields and we build on known tested methods to be inventive, flexible in approach and creative in our thinking. We form relationships with our client delivery personnel and teams so that in working and listening to their needs and preferences we can build on the synergy of the experience of both teams.
