• have a certified Patient Management System by the end of 2012
• have to implement 10 topics that we know can reduce patient harm
The Dutch Safety Program supports hospitals to reach their goals with training, tools,
a website and expertise. The Dutch Patient Safety Program was founded by the Order of Medical Specialists (OMS), the Dutch Hospitals Association (NVZ), Nurses and Care Providers in the Netherlands (V&VN) and the Netherlands Federation of university medical centres (NFU).
