Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, a registered 501 (c)(3) community based, Veteran focused, non-profit based in Haverhill, MA, provides a full continuum of care to Veterans and their families in Essex, Middlesex, and Barnstable Counties in Massachusetts and Rockingham and Hillsborough Counties in New Hampshire.
With compassion and dedication, we assist at risk and low-income Veterans with basic food and shelter needs, housing, advocacy, social engagement, community activities, case management, and VA benefits and claims assistance.
VNEOC also sponsors a number of outreach initiatives to Veterans of all eras and families of Veterans. The Center is funded, in part, through contracts with Department of Veterans Affairs, Mass. Department of Veterans Services, US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, and private donations.
