Simon Ndukuya of VNQ Systems, whose primary focus was Queue Management Systems, was introduced to Claude Oosthuizen and Peter Willemse, who had significant experience in IT Enterprise Solutions. They quickly realized they could explore countless opportunities with their combined skills, knowledge, and business relationships built separately over the years of operation.
