Established in July 2002, International School - Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-IS) is one of the first higher education institutions to offer joint international training programs.
Since its foundation, VNU-IS has recorded remarkable developments in both training scope and quality. The School currently organizes 8 full-time undergraduate programs (consisting of 4 programs with degrees awarded by VNU and 4 programs with degrees awarded by foreign universities), and 6 joint international graduate programs conducted in English.
Academic programs at VNU-IS are designed for students to reach their full potential and thus to succeed in the real world. Having partnerships with more than 30 universities worldwide, VNU-IS has wide experiences in hosting international visiting professors and overseas students from Europe, America, Africa and Asia as well as in building an international environment.
Our community of professors and students comprises a rich mix of cultures. This diversity adds vibrancy and depth, fresh understanding and broad perspective to our work. Moderate-sized classes at VNU-IS also ensure a friendly atmosphere and a very personal level of support for students.
Foreign students will be assisted with visa application, accommodation arrangement and support with other activities facilitating their integration. With the reasonable tuition fees, students can approach to the curricula, methodology, assessment, evaluation of international standards.
Besides on-class activities, students have opportunity to participate in exciting extra-curricular ones that help them to be more flexible and adaptable to a multi-cultural working environment or study further upon graduation.
Students will be granted degrees by VNU and foreign universities which are world-wide recognized.
