Vocal Mentality

Established in 2020, Vocal Mentality is a platform that promotes mental health psycho-education and mental health advocacy by creating a space to explore and speak up about mental illness. Vocal Mentality is a dual platform of personal expression through the lens of lived experience with mental illness and sharing of knowledge in mental health from a professional perspective. Through our services, we aim to destigmatise mental illness by creating awareness, promoting mental health education and providing a holistic approach to addressing mental health and wellness issues. We offer consultation for employee wellness initiatives, mental health education and mental health advisory for corporates, educational institutions and individuals. Notably, Vocal Mentality was recognised as a Top 5 Finalist by the 2022 Rising Star in the Entrepreneurship category.
