*Vocalis,* Latin for “Vocal,” is a Mentorship Initiative in Kenya that helps Kenyan youth discover and own their voice—not just in the literal sense but in their abilities, passions, and identity. Through a unique mentorship approach, Vocalis empowers Kenyan youth to explore who they are, what they love, and where they thrive. By guiding them toward self-awareness, we help them become 360-degree individuals who are balanced, and confident - Life-ready, and market-ready. Our approach is facilitated through the 3V Model: *The 3V Vocalis Model:* • Voice – Helping young people uncover their strengths, talents, and unique perspectives. • Value – Helping young people believe in themselves, nurture these strengths, build character, and develop essential life skills. • Visibility – Preparing young people for the marketplace by equipping them with professional and leadership skills to stand out.
