Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants (QRCs) assist injured employees while they recover from workers’ compensation injuries.
Our goal is to restore injured people to the earning capacity they enjoyed before their injury considering their physical limitations. We strive to creatively develop vocational outcomes that are beneficial to all parties.
QRCs communicate with all parties in a workers’ compensation claim, including the employee, doctors, the employer, the insurance adjuster, the insurer’s attorney, and the employee’s attorney if one has been retained.
Our highly trained nationally certified rehabilitation counselors are registered as Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
