VOCZero offers a range of pre-engineered Vapour Recovery Systems (VRU) for recovery of volatile organic compounds from loading and storage facilities, and Odour Abatement Systems for elimination of smell from VOC handling.
The VRU process is based on the well-known technology of adsorption on activated carbon and regeneration by vacuum. This technology has proven best available for applications like storages, truck, rail, barge and ship loading operations.
Typical vapours to be treated are: Gasoline, Diesel, E5-E100 Gasohol (Ethanol), Methanol, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, MTBE, ETBE, Naphtha, Crude Oil.
VOCZero are experts in front-end engineering studies, enabling analysis your VOC vapour volumes based on your storage capacity and loading rates for truck, rail and ships, and convert this to a format usable for a capacity design of a VOC vapour processing system.
