Our organization aims to promote the importance of public and civil service among the American people, with a particular focus on increasing interest in military service. Our goal is to enhance the value proposition of military and public service and to increase familiarity with it among the general population. Furthermore, we aim to address the negative experiences faced by recently separated and serving military personnel, such as housing and food insecurity, discrimination, mental health challenges, and the impact of moves on families. We believe that addressing these issues is crucial for both recruitment and retention of service members. To achieve these goals, we will leverage social media and online platforms, such as YouTube, to engage with younger Americans and to promote the benefits of military service. We will also share inspirational and heroic stories of service members to inspire our youth and to foster a renewed sense of engagement, patriotism, and commitment to public service among the American people. Our ultimate objective is to create a more informed, engaged, and service-oriented society.
