Look at the facts: • 41% of adults (and 55% of teens) use voice search daily • 25% of searches done on a Windows 10 Desktop are by voice • Nearly 50% of all searches are by voice What’s driving this new trend? First, searching by voice is 3.7x faster than typing. Faster searches = faster answers. Second, voice is perfect for mobile searches. Nearly 60% of mobile searchers use voice search at least some of the time already. Third, voice search is more convenient. That’s probably why more than half of the people surveyed said they use voice search so they “don’t have to type”.
