Established in 1872 by Lewis Voisey and the then Mayor of Warrington, Joseph Davies, Voisey & Co was the first accountancy firm to practice in Warrington.
Indeed, our founders were instrumental in forming ‘The Society of Accountants in England’ that year, which in 1880 was one of the petitioning bodies for Queen Victoria to grant a Royal Charter to incorporate the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

While we are general practitioners, our services go beyond the basic provision of audit accountancy and taxation services. We are not departmentalised and this enables us to carry a broad range of advice, deal with matters as they arise and respond to clients promptly and efficiently.
