VoiZ’s main objective is to provide IT & Telecommunication solutions to local entrepreneurs using open-source software. Open-source software provides high reliability and low cost compared with other commercial software. We have well-experienced team of developers in Linux Red Hat, CentOS, and Asterisks and related other open source projects. As we use open source, our own developed software and generic hardware PBX system our production cost can be considerably minimized comparing with other branded PBX systems. We started our business by providing telemarketing solutions to politicians in the parliamentary election held in 2010. We installed automated telemarketing call generation systems in their premises and generated calls to lists of numbers conveying their messages to general public in their electoral districts. Most of the leading Politicians of Sri Lanka are relaying on automated telemarketing bulk call campaigns in parliamentary, provincial and local government elections today. Besides the PBX systems our main products are IVR and Payment Reminder System for Financial institutions. These solutions have been presented to many financial institutions and currently leading financial organizations use VoiZ payment Reminder System as their primary reminding method. VoiZ also provides service of installation configuration and support of many open-sourced Linux based software. Call Center Development, Web Development, E-Commerce Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Digital Signage software systems, SMS based solutions and queue management systems are others of the VoiZ product portfolio.
