Volan LLC is a biomedical 3d printing and laser imaging development firm . We are further developing medical and consumer devices, while offering highly detailed rendering and rapid prototyping services for architectural, engineering, and manufacturing firms.
Currently we are working with the University of Tennessee to develop an advancement of the traditional fiberglass leg cast using 3d printing as a medium. The end product will be a thinner, lighter cast that will provide a more comfortable experience for the patient.
