Our key staff members and sub-consultants have extensive experience managing Capital Improvement Programs and projects. We have carefully assembled our team to provide the best value to our clients. As Owner’s Representatives, contractors, and now as a consulting firm, collectively and collaboratively we have helped manage over $15B in projects, most notably in the aviation, transportation, and entertainment sectors. We provide Owner’s Representation & Executive PM/CM services, Quality Management & ICC Special Inspections, Safety Management, ORAT Advisory Consulting, On-Call General Contracting, and a full array of professional services.
