Wir bei vollgepackt betreibt eine Indoor-/Vertikal in Düsseldorf auf dem Areal Böhler. In unserer Farm wachsen Microgreens, bekannt auch als Keimling, aus den unterschiedlichsten Gemüse- und Kräuterpflanzen aber das nicht auf irgendeinem Substrat, sondern in richtiger Erde. Wieso Microgreens? Geschmacklich ein Traum, optisch nicht zu übertreffen und vollgepackt mit Nährstoffen. Dank der platzsparenden und ressourcenschonenden Anbauweise sogar auch noch nachhaltig. Also sind Microgreens das nachhaltige und ressourcenschonende Superfood? Zu unsere Kunden zählen die verschiedensten Restaurants und Einzelhändler. Regional beliefern wir unsere Kunden selbst. Der Rest von Deutschland/Österreich und die Schweiz wird von unserem Vertriebspartner Partner abgedeckt. Wir machen Indoorfarming so natürlich und nachhaltig wie möglich.
