Volt Motor, 1966 yılında bobinaj üretimi amacıyla kuruldu ve elektrik motoru üretiminde uzun bir geçmişe sahiptir. 1987’de monofaze elektrik motoru üretmeye başlayan şirket, zamanla trifaze motorlara geçiş yaptı. Bu adım, Volt Motor'un sektördeki gücünü pekiştirdi. 2011-2024 yılları arasında Saya Holding’in bir parçası haline gelen Volt Motor, üretim kapasitesini artırarak 45.000 m²’lik üretim alanı ve 800 çalışanla dikkat çekti. Teknoloji yatırımları ve Ar-Ge çalışmalarıyla, 56 tip gövde çeşidinden 355’e ulaştı ve ürün yelpazesinde 450 kW’a kadar güç üretti.
Volt Motor, Aralık 2024 itibarıyla dünya çapında büyük bir elektrik motoru üreticisi olan WEG bünyesine katılarak, Türkiye’nin en büyük elektrik motoru üreticilerinden biri olma yolunda önemli bir adım attı. Bu birleşme, şirketin uluslararası pazardaki gücünü ve üretim kapasitesini artırarak sektördeki konumunu güçlendirdi. Between 2011 and 2024, Volt Motor operated as a subsidiary of Saya Holding. Through significant technology investments and R&D efforts, the company expanded its product range from 56-frame types to 355-frame types, reaching up to 450 kW power output, supported by a production area of 45,000 m² and nearly 800 employees.
