Voltron Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing a new class of immunotherapies designed to work synergistically with checkpoint inhibitors. Our proprietary Self-Assembling Vaccine (SAV) platform, developed in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, is designed to prime the immune system for a more targeted and durable immune response against cancer and infectious diseases. Our lead program, VTX-067, is currently in clinical trials for HPV-related cancers. The SAV platform’s modular architecture enables rapid development of additional candidates across a range of oncology indications, including prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers, as well as infectious diseases.
