Voluntoken

Voluntoken is a blockchain backed non-profit platform that centralizes volunteering opportunities and allows you to find NGOs in your local community, understand the work that they are doing, register with them, and sign-up for specific volunteering slots all in one app. We also reward these volunteers for their work with a token that can then be exchanged at local businesses for either discounts on products and services or for donation commitments from those businesses to the NGOs that each volunteer supports. We are a team of 7 based in New Haven, CT currently being accelerated by the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale.
