İleri Kalıpçılık - which went into action as a small workshop in 1985 - started the production of Window and Door systems with Vorne brand in a facility with an outdoor area of 50.000m2 and indoor area of 36.000m2 in 2002. Trade name of the company was changed as İleri Pencere ve Kapı Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ in 2013.
Nowadays, Vorne has become one of the biggest domestic capital investments of our
country. It makes world-class production at its modern and high-technology plant in Hadımköy, Istanbul for more than 40 markets in Turkey and abroad.

Vorne has a product range of Lockable Door Lock, Mortise Locks ,Double Sash Window & Door Systems , Single Sash and Fold & Slide Systems.
VORNE - which knows the significance of R&D - has a corner on market with its R&D projects carried out with an expert staff. R&D capability of the company has been increased constantly by collaborating with TUBITAK and universities in product and process development operations within the company.
With an experience of mould design and manufacturing for approximately 30 years, a diligent design team and a strong substructure of mould designing; fast and quality mould and apparatus manufacturing is carried out by applying computer-aided design and manufacturing methods within the structure of company, which constantly keeps pace with technology.
Press department - which makes production with press capacities from 15 tons to 350 tons in large machinery consisting press brakes and eccentric presses - can make production briskly and with high quality by using advanced technological opportunities.
The whole machinery operates with the PLC system.
