Vortex Machinery is an established company specialising in Mixing and Milling Machinery. We have more than 30 years’ experience in servicing and overhauling various OEMS equipment. We supply equipment and spares for all makes and models including blades and mechanical seals, which we can fit, refurbish, and supply. We are also ATEX Certified and confined space certified to ensure we can carry out the services our clients require. Not only do we refurbish equipment, but we are also a British manufacturer of our own Vortex mixers and bead mills which are created bespoke to our clients’ needs. This include – flameproof or non-flameproof, mixers that are electrical inverter belt driven or Hydraulic driven and mills that contain saddle screens, flat screens, cylinder screens or annular gap. As well as the above we conduct gearbox rebuilds, hydraulic repairs, preventative maintenance, chemical reactor servicing and turnkey projects.
