Vital Plumbing is an established, multi-disciplinary 24 hour plumbing company in Cape Town which operates mainly in the Western Cape region of South Africa. Our company was established in 2007 as Vortex On Call and in 2019 change to sole ownership as in Vital Plumbing with the same fundamental goals of providing a superior maintenance service that encompasses the domestic, industrial, retail, commercial and development installations as well as offering a comprehensive after sales service across all spectrums.
Our management team has a wealth of experience in most forms of commercial, industrial, domestic plumbing, Shopping Centers, Hospitals, Hotels, multi-story office complexes and housing developments. These are just some examples of installations that are all within our expertise.
Our core competencies include offering our clients a superior after sales service and a comprehensive maintenance service to the domestic, retail and commercial markets alike, from small residential households to large scale factory facilities around the clock. Part of our success can be attributed to the fact that more than 70% of our contracting staff have been with our company for an extensive period of time.
This is testimony to the excellent working conditions and employee relationships that have been maintained over the years. It is our company policy to continually train our staff as to ensure that the highest standards of quality is maintained.
