R&DI ”Voskhod”

Federal State Unitary Enterprise ‘Scientific and Research Institute Voskhod’ is a multiservice state partner in the information technology domain. We engineer innovative IT solutions for the government authorities, introduce and roll out new formats of efficient interaction between the state and the public Institute’s key areas of business: development of software, business process automation systems, cloud technologies, infrastructure and data management. FSUE R&DI “Voskhod” has been designing IT solutions for the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Transport Ministry, the Healthcare Ministry, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and other authorities at different levels.
