Votel İletişim Hizmetleri was founded in 2005 to develop new projects and products about next generation communication solutions. Votel’s main profession is about providing ip based voice solutions and complementary products to ease transition from traditional communication networks to next generation communication networks Votel is developing solutions that increases the efficiency of the IP based voice systems and providing ease of use and scalability to the users. Votel announced the first product under CWIZ IP PBX brand name in May 2005. CWIZ Call Center, IVR and Autodialer products followed IP PBX solution. Votel is one of the Value Added Reseller of Sangoma , which is a Canada based Voice hardware manufacturer, in Turkey since 2006. Votel is providing all of the products as hosted services also. Nowadays Votel has started a new project to move hosted services to Cloud Based networks. Votel is providing turn-key development and consultancy solutions for custom projects. Some of these projects are ; - VoIP provision and registration services for alternative voice operators - Value Added Services for GSM networks - Speech Recognition and Text to speech features for IVR based services - Integrated solutions with ERP/CRM systems
