Vanguard of all Things is a Norwegian based company that focuses its innovation within smart training apparel. VOTwear founders consist of one Medical Students, one Physiotherapist, four Pro-athletes and five medical Doctors, all coming together to make training-wear smarter and more directly supplementary to your training than ever before. Embarking this journey with our first product, the "Hypertrophy Manual adjustment 1" (HTM1). A training wear aiding you in reaching muscle hypertrophy faster, easier and with lighter weights compared to traditional weight lifting and exercise. Never has an apparel aided muscle growth at this level before. We are humble and excited to announce the next step in the evolution of training.
