Vouchcom Limited is a consultancy company operating from 2005 and in its years of operation has affiliated and worked with a number of prestigious clients including British Petroleum, UK Border Agency, Home Office, British Telecom, Department of Social Security, Sun Microsystems, Employment Tribunal Service, BSkyB, Barclays Wealth, Detica, HMRC and British Telecom. The company operates with its employees and associates in the fields of management consulting, business architecture and information technology service provisioning. Our people operate in multiple roles, from enterprise architecture and strategy, to the provisioning of specialist expertise in commercial and procurement negotiators, technical design authority, supplier management, multi vendor environment technical assurance, application and infrastructure security, business process re-engineering, balance scorecards and cloud infrastructure design and support, technical architecture and implementation services (with specialisation in security, high protectively marked projects, integration, identity management and provisioning, J2EE and .NET). We utilise TOGAF, MODAF and Zachman architectural frameworks as the preferred enterprise architecture meta models, PRINCE 2 for project management and governance functions, ITIL for support agreement negotiations, Rational Unified Process for design artefacts and patterns representation and XP and DSDM for business requirements capture and technical implementations.
