Founded in July 2014, based on over 20 years of experience in the design and deployment of automated self-service solutions, our vision is to provide consultancy services to help organisations evolve self-service channels, allowing them to differentiate in their marketplace. Historically our focus has been the successful implementation of user centric telephony self-service solutions, primarily for contact centres. These solutions have focussed on using advanced speech recognition technology, tightly integrated into contact centre business and technology solutions. Vovere believes that the same user centric design approach works across all self-service channels. Services offered are broadly broken down into Project Evaluation and Project Delivery Management. We firstly want to help you evaluate a project to help you ensure that your project goals can be achieved. Secondly, once the project is committed, we are able to offer Project and Program Management and Technical Project Management experience to ensure those goals are achieved.
