Over 80% of cancer patients fail to respond to immunotherapy because current approaches target only a single pathway—missing the complex, multi-pathway interactions between immune cells within tumors. At Voyant, we’ve developed the first AI-guided, spatially differentiated microscopy platform to reveal these hidden immune interactions that drive resistance to treatment across multiple cancer types. Using patient-derived tumor resections, our platform identifies novel immune cell interaction targets with clinical relevance. One such discovery—a novel 3-way immune interaction linked to PD-1 resistance—was recently published in Nature. We’re now advancing a novel therapeutic in a $100B+ market and are currently raising a $3M pre-seed to complete ex vivo studies and expand our immune cell interaction atlas.
