Voytechnology Partners helps to drive people, process, and technology improvements in the go-to-market domains of high growth B2B companies: • Sales and Sales Enablement • Customer Success / Account Management • Alliances & Partnerships • Marketing Initially, we will target Venture Capital and Private Equity firms to enhance their due diligence process and create more meaningful valuations by providing support during the funding evaluation, and then periodically (i.e. every 6-12 months) to help track progress for their investments. In addition, and on the other side of the transaction, we will help Founders and CXOs of High Growth / B2B companies that range from Series A-F, to help prepare for their funding rounds. We have a defined and organized set of inputs, outputs, and leading practices that we have collected based on research, survey data, output from workshops, and engaging as an Executive Advisor for many companies the last several years. Included will be a Maturity Model and we are working on a potential Certification Program as well. Lastly, we are developing a Supplier Marketplace for leading technologies and platforms that support each of the four go-to-market domains to create a linkage across people, process, and technology. This will be via a Supplier Matching Matrix where we combine the company’s requirements and quickly match them with the right supplier via analytics and AI based on where they are in their company lifecyle (Series A-F0 and with inputs from the technology enabled advisory platform that we developed. Also, I am teaming with university students including team mmebers from University of Tennesee's Haslem School of Business.
