At the US Council of Hispanics in Construction , our mission is to inform ,connect and inspire growth of our minority members that include: founders, investors, general contractors , subcontractors, employees , and students. We are building the most trusted, profesional , and productive Hispanic in Construction in the industry. USCON builds by focusing on four pillars for Hispanics in Construction at all levels: Health and Safety, Education, Diverse and Inclusive Connections and our Future Generation. USCON's vision is to contribute to build a stronger USA construction industry, economy and workforce by empowering the impactful emerging Hispanic that builds in many ways or roles.
