We are a Latin American and feminist human rights consultancy firm that works to strengthen and support organizations that promote more equality, equity and inclusion of historically marginalized communities.
At Vozes, we envision a world rooted in equity and justice, empowering communities to lead their own transformative journeys. Our purpose is to question and modify unequal power dynamics and support the efforts of organizations to achieve more just and equitable societies through research, knowledge generation, policy design and institutional strengthening.
We collaborate, guided by feminist, decolonial and human rights principles, with organizations in the construction of strategies by putting at the center the voices, experiences and needs of the historically marginalized communities. Our processes are co-constructed in a deeply collaborative manner and based on trust in both the communities we work with and the organizations we support.
